Given that I work with military and paramilitary, I see all kinds of "sheepdogs." You are the ones who heal the sick and care for the wounded, but where do you go when you're the wounded one? I hope the answer is that you come see me!

    I take the utmost care and concern regarding your privacy. In congruence with best practices, I use an electronic health record system. It is protected and encrypted multiple times to ensure security. However, if you feel it necessary, you may request a paper record. I understand that a diagnosis could negatively impact your career and I keep that in mind as I'm working with you.

    It can be difficult to move from professional to patient. I am familiar with your world, so I am able to discuss your treatment with you as an equal and we work together to make a plan that is tailored to your needs, to treat the problem as quickly, gently, and confidentially as possible.
